Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $75.00 Free Shipping will be an available option at checkout.
International Shipping Options:
- Economy International: delivery takes an estimated 6 to 18 business days and does not included insurance on package.
- International Priority: delivery takes an estimated 6 to 12 business days and includes tracking and insurance.
Please note that The Rich DNA ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by The Rich DNA and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to The Rich DNA, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
The Rich DNA is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear, custom products (such as special orders RICH DENIM items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
